Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy allows us to guarantee that every item you receive is untouched, uncompromised, and delivered in perfect condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within seven (7) calendar days of delivery at information@anavahessentials.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We will gladly send a replacement or correct the issue at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are not available except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item that cannot be replaced. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of ANAVAH Essentials and will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
