Shipping Policy
At ANAVAH Essentials, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:
Processing Time
- Please allow 3 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Once processed, your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
- Certain products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to all destinations.
Delivery & Accuracy
- Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect information.
- Once a package leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS).
- If you receive a delivery notification but cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If a package arrives damaged or with missing items, this must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Any discrepancies must be reported to our Customer Service team within 3 days of delivery at information@anavahessentials.com.
- For damaged shipments, please keep all original packaging until the carrier’s investigation is complete. Claims must be filed directly with UPS, FedEx or USPS.
